Are there replays?
Because this is an in-person event, there will be no replays. However, attendees will receive all the prompts used during the workshop, as well as access to the AImpact platform with additional AI sessions.

Where is this event taking place?
We’ve secured a training location in the Charlotte metro area. Final location details will be sent by Feb. 23, 2023.
What should I bring to the workshop?
Bring your laptop, a notebook and pen, and your phone. We also suggest you bring your own lunch as lunch will not be provided. Attendees will be breaking for lunch to network and eat at the many dining options nearby. If you have specific food needs, you may want to review options in Charlotte ahead of time or bring your own lunch.

Do you have a refund policy?
Due to the live, in-person nature and limited spots. You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund. After that 48-hour time period your purchase becomes non-refundable.
Are meals or refreshments included?
We’ll break for lunch on your own (there are many local eateries within easy walking distance to choose from). Snacks and drinks will be provided during the sessions.
What’s the dress code?
There’s no specific dress code, though most will be dressed in business casual. Come in what you’re comfortable in!
I’m new to AI. Is this for me?
Yes! While it may take a little bit longer to get started, you’ll walk away with a better understanding of how AI can help your business and action steps to get started right away. We’ll also be providing you with a Get Ready checklist so that you can walk in feeling prepared!
